SHIPPED ITEMS

You will be sent a tracking number for your package. If your order is lost or arrives damaged please contact us as soon as possible at maria@onceuponafavor.com with a description of the issue. Please include images of any damaged packaging to expedite a claim with the delivery company.

Refunds or replacement of products will be evaluated on a case by case basis.
